Good to know

• The prices are per person including half board. The prices in the price list apply.
• In addition, a tourist tax of approx. € 2.90 per person per night (from 14 years) is charged.
• Prices for children per child and night incl. half board with two full-paying adults in the room:
  • 0 - 2,99 years: € 25
  • 3 - 6,99 years: € 50
  • 7 - 10,99 years: € 60
  • 11 - 13,99 years: € 70
• If you are booking accommodation with breakfast, € 15 per person per day will be deducted from the half-board price.
• For the single use of a double room, a supplement of € 35 per day will be charged (or 50% of the half-board price in high season).
• Your booking will definitely be confirmed after the transfer of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price. If you do not transfer the deposit within the specified time period, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.
• On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 19:00. Early check-in subject to availability (€ 25 per person).
• Please present an identity card upon arrival (also for children).
• Please vacate the room by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Late check-out subject to availability (€ 25 per person).
• You are welcome to pay your bill in cash (up to € 1999), with EC card, Visa or Eurocard. Cheques are not accepted.
• Parking space in the hotel's own underground garage: € 10 per day. Please let us know in advance if you want to reserve a space in the garage. Alternatively, one free outdoor parking space per room is available.
• Dogs are welcome after prior agreement and for an extra charge of € 15 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or the dining room. Thank you for your understanding.
• We kindly ask that you enter the dining room in appropriate clothing. 
• There are no refunds for meals not consumed.
• Gluten- and lactose-free meals only possible on request and with surcharge. Unfortunately, we can not consider other intolerances.

Cancellation policy

• By transferring the deposit, the guest accepts the cancellation conditions in full.
• In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is made 19 days or less before arrival, 70% of the total cost will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, the days enjoyed and 70% of the agreed price for the services not used will be due.
• Confirmed but unoccupied rooms or beds will be charged for the time booked.
• No-Show: 100 % of the total costs will be charged.
• We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance
